Ultra Omega-3

This high-quality, immaculately-distilled fish oil is critical for keeping chronic inflammation in check. The average American has an Omega 6 essential fatty acid (pro-inflammatory) to Omega 3 essential fatty acid (anti-inflammatory) ratio of about 20:1. That ratio should 2:1 and even better 1:1. Most of my patients need 2-3 fish oil capsules in the am and 2-3 in the pm to get that ratio into the best range. I do check this ratio through my Quest 70+ Biomarker Testing.
